3 cups pecan halves 1 egg white 1 Tablsp orange juice
1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teasp salt 1 teasp grd cinnamon
1/2 teasp grd nutmeg 1/2 teasp grd cloves
Beat egg white and juice together until frothy, add in the nuts and
blend well to coat. Combine all the remaining ingredients and add
into the nut mixture...tossing well. Line a 10x15x1 pan with heavy foil.
Spray with no stick spray. Put nuts in a single layer, bake at 300 for
30 mins. - stirring every 10 mins. Cool completely and store in
an airtight container.
