1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies - undrained
3-5 green onions, sliced
2-3 Tablsp chopped cilantro leaves
Blend well, cover and chill until ready to serve. This can
actually be made up a day in advance. Serve with Scoops
tortilla chips. Great for a few days.....IF it lasts that long!!
