two 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed & drained
15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup tahini paste 5 Tablsp lemon juice
2 teasp hot pepper sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teasp salt
Place in a food processor, cover and process until blended. Serve
with baked pita chips (Like Stacey's).
