Cut a pita into 6 wedges and split.  Brush with olive oil and place on a

cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with smoked paprika or seasoned salt.  Bake

at 350 for 5 mins.   Take out and cool.

In a food processor, combine:

1 can drained chickpeas         1/2 teasp seasoned salt

2 cloves of garlic, minced         2 Tablsp cream cheese

2 Tablsp lemon juice                           2 Tablsp olive oil

Blend until smooth.  Serve with pita crisps.
