24 chicken drummetes OR wings - skin removed if possible

1/4 cup bottled cayenne pepper sauce

2 teasp cider vinegar         1/2 teasp garlic powder

1/2 teasp grd ginger

In a large bowl, combine 2 Tablsp of the pepper sauce with 1 teasp

of the vinegar plus the garlic powder and ginger.  Add in the wings

and toss well.  Arrange on a broiler pan and broil, about 4-5 inches

from the heat 15-20 mins until chicken is done, turning once.

Drizzle chicken with remaining sauce items and serve.

NOTE:

Could also use boneless skinless chicken, cut into chunks!
