Pop-over Pizza
from Eva of McComb
1 lb. sausage
1- 15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. cooking oil
½ tsp. salt
In skillet, cook sausage and onion. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 X 2 dish. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top. In bowl combine eggs, milk, oil. Add flour and salt. Beat with beater till smooth and pour over cheese in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Cut into squares and serve.
