Corned Beef & Swiss Appetizers
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ pound corned beef, chopped
½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons diced green onions
36 slices of cocktail rye bread, toasted
Preheat broiler, line a cookie sheet with foil, set aside. Combine the cream cheese and mustard in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Add in the corned beef, cheese and onion and mix well. Divide evenly between the toasted bread slices. Place on cookie sheet. Pop under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
