Preheat oven to 400.
16.3 oz. can refrigerated jumbo biscuits - separate into the individual rounds
Pour 2 Tablsp olive oil onto a cookie sheet. Dip both sides of each round
into the oil and arrange on the sheet. Using fingers, press each biscuit
into a 4" circle. Sprinkle with 1 Tablsp parmesan , some chpd parsley and salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.
Cut into strips and serve.
ROSEMARY GARLIC VERSION:
Omit parmesan cheese and parsley, sprinkle with 2 teasp chpd rosemary and 2 minced garlic cloves instead.
