2 cups peeled, sliced cucumbers 1 sweet onion, sliced
3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teasp salt 1/2 teasp dry mustard OR mustard seeds
1/4 teasp celery seed 1/4 teasp turmeric
Combine all ina microwave safe dish....cover with a piece of
waxed paper, put int the microwave and cook on high for 8 mins.
Stir twice during this time. Cool and store in the refrigerator up
to 3 weeks....IF they last that long!
