8 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded/diced     2 Tablsp minced garlic

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil                  1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 Tablsp fresh lemon juice            1/2 Tablsp extra virgin olive oil

1 teasp minced fresh tarragon       1/4 teasp crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all, add a little S&P.....cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Toast 1/2" thick slices of French bread.....serve with bruschetta.

Or use garlic toast.
