2 pounds medium shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined
1 green onion, cut up
2 Tablsp olive oil
2 Tablsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tablsp prepared horseradish
2 Tablsp cetsup
1 Tablsp fine chopped fresh chives
1 teasp Tabasco sauce
1 teasp dijon mustard
salt to taste
Blend all ingredients well, then add in shrimp
cover and chill 4-6 hours or up to overnight.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with tongs
to your dish. Great for a buffet party!
