15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) – rinsed and drained
¼ cup low fat plain yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
3 Tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
In a food processor, combine all of these ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with warm pita bread, or pita chips.
