In a food processor, combine 1 cup each:
black and pimiento stuffed green olives with
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 Tablsp olive oil
Pulse until finely chopped. To use:
Toss with pasta or roasted veggies. Spread on bagette bread.
Blend with mayo and use as a sandwich spread.
Mix into mashed potatoes, meat loaf, or salad.
Stuff into chicken breasts, steak or burgers!
