1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 cups pecan or walnut halves
1/3 cup sugar
2 teasp grd cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300, grease a jelly roll pan (10x15x1)
Combine egg white and nut halves until coated and sticky.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the nuts, stir
until completely coated. Spread into a single layer on the
prepared pan. Bake for 30 mins or until toasted. Cool, store
in a tightly covered container.....up to 3 weeks.
