2 cups cleaned, dry pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix well, spread out on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 45-50
minutes. Stir two times during this time
so they don't burn! Cool and store in an
airtight container.
