A to Z Bread
3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder 3 teaspoons cinnamon 3 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 cups A to Z
3 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Add the A to Z and the vanilla. Fold in the dry ingredients and the nuts. Grease two large loaf pans OR 6 mini loaves. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (Check sooner for the mini’s.) A to Z = fruit and vegetables beginning with the letters of the alphabet, ie. (apples, blueberries, cranberries, dates….zucchini.) Fruits should be soft and/or mashed to make 2 cups.
