2 pkgs dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup 110-115 degree water + pinch or two of sugar

Let sit for a few minutes.

1 1/2 cups milk - Heat in a microwave, then add in:

1/4 cup sugar      2 teasp salt    stir until dissolved, add in:

1/2 cup cold butter, stir until dissolved, then add in the yeast mixture.

Blend well, then add in 3 large eggs and mix well.   Beat in 4 cups bread flour.

Stir until smooth with bread hook.   Add in 3 cups regular all purpopse flour - knead

6-10 mins.   Put dough into a greased bowl, turn and cover with a damp towel.

Let rise until dobld.   Punch down, divide dough in half.  Form into 2 rectangles, about

16x8 inches.   Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with :

1/2 cup sugar + 2 teasp cinnamon.   Roll up and seal, place each one into a loaf pan.

Let raise, brush tops with butter.   Bake at 375 for 35-40 mins.    May frost .
