1 fresh pineapple 2 Tablsp butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tablsp honey
1/2 teasp grd cinnamon 1/4 teasp vanilla raspberry sorbet - optional
peel pineapple, cut into 6 wedges....cut wedges to remove core-lengthwise.
Cut each wedge into 4 pieces. Pour butter into 2 quart baking dish, top with
the fruit. Combine sugar, honey, spice and extract. Spoon over the top.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 35 mins until golden. serve with sorbet if desired.
