3/4 cups each: brown sugar, granulated sugar
3 cups flour 1/2 teasp baking soda
1 Tablsp baking powder 1/2 teasp salt
2 teasp grd cinnamon 1/2 teasp grd nutmeg
1 teasp grd ginger 1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup diced dried cranberries 1 cup cored, peeled diced apple
1/2 cup diced dried figs 3/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 375 - line 18 muffin tins with paper liners
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients, blend well,
then form a well in the center....add in the butter, milk and eggs and mix well. stir in the remaining
ingredients and spoon into the paper lined tins....should be 3/4 full. bake for 15-20 minutes.
