1 cup butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 teasp vanilla extract
4 eggs 2 cups flour 1 1/2 teasp baking powder
1/2 teasp salt 2 cups fresh cranberries dusted with 2 Tablsp flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 - spray 24 muffin tins OR line with paper liners.
Beat together butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla or eggs.
Mix together remaining ingredients in another bowl, then add into
the cream mixture. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool
5 mins, then remove to rack to cool completely.
