1 1/2 cups flour 2 teasp baking powder 1/4 teasp salt 1 stick unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup red fat sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 Tablsp milk 1/2 teasp vanilla 5 Oreo's coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350...line 36 mini muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk flour, powder and salt together.
In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy.Beat in eggs one at a time. Alternately
add flour mixture and sour cream until all is incorporated. Add milk and vanilla and blend well, then add
in the cookie pieces. Divide batter into the tins Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool and frost:
2 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 stick butter, softened 1/4 cup red fat sour cream 1/4 teas vanilla
Blend well until creamy. Use about 2 teaspoons for each cake.
