2 cups sifted all purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 3 teasp bakiing powder
1 teasp salt 1 teasp cinnamon 1/2 teasp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts 1 beaten egg 2 Tablsp melted butter
1 CUP canned whole cranberry sauce, drained
Sift dry ingredients together and stir in the nuts. Add in the cranberry sauce and melted
butter to the egg and blend well. Add this to the dry ingredients and stir just until mixed.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. Cool and wrap, store
24 hours before slicing.
