1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 1 2/3 cups flour
15 oz. canned pumpkin 1/2 teasp each: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg
1 teasp baking powder 1 teasp salt 1 teasp baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup water
Combine the sugar, oil and pumpking....blend in the eggs and beat by hand. Combine
all of the dry ingredients....add in alternately with the water. Then add in the nuts and
blend well. Put the batter into a sprayed 9x5 loaf pan OR 3 small loaf pans. Bake at
325 for 1 hour.
