1 1/4 cups self rising flour 3/4 cup cake flour 1 Tablsp sugar
3/4 teasp baking powder 1/2 teasp salt 1/4 teasp garlic powder
1/8 teasp baking soda 1/4 cup cold butter 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Oil mix: 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 teasp garlic powder, 1 teasp dried parsley flakes, 1/4 teasp salt
Combine the flours, sugar, powder, salt, powder and soda and blend well. Cut in the
butter until coarse crumbs form....then add in cream and cheese until just moistened.
Drop dough by 1/8 cupfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Brush with half of the oil
mix. Bake at 450 for 8-10 mins. Brush with the remaining oil mix. Serve warm. makes 18
