3/4 cup hot water 1/3 cup margarine
Mix together, add in:
1 beaten egg 1 teasp salt 1/2 cup powdered milk
Work in 3 cups of whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup at a time.
Knead well until stiff but not sticky. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut out shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 for 50 mins. These dry very hard.
