1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 pound corn oil margarine pinch of salt milk
Make sure cheese is at room temp, margarine, too!
Cream the cheese with the margarine, salt and flour. Add just
enough milk to form into a ball. Chill for a 1/2 hour. Roll onto
a floured surface. Cut into shapes and bake at 375 for 15 mins.
or until slightly brown and firm.
