2 1/2 cups rolled oats     1/4 cup sesame seeds     1/8 cup raw hulled sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw wheat germ     

1/2 cup unsweet coconut + 1 1/2 teasp warm water + 1 1/2 teasp oil....let sit for 10 mins.

3/4 cup chpd pecans or walnuts OPT

1 cup chpd raisins, dates and figs             2 Tablsp vegetable oil

generous 3/4 cup brown rice syrup

Mix all, spread into a rectangle in a sprayed 10x15x1 pan.  This will not fill the whole

pan, just leave about 1/4-1/2" thick.  Bake at 275 for 31 mins.  Bottom should have just

a hint of color.   Remove, cool on pan for 10-15 mins, then cut into 18 bars.
