4 1/2 cups old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked           1/3 cup sliced almonds

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon                                  1/2 teaspoon salt (Optional)

1/4 cup maple syrup         1/4 cup apple juice         1 Tablsp oil         1/2 cup raisins or craisins

Preheat oven to 350.  Stir together the oatmeal, almonds, cinnamon and salt.  In a

separate bowl, combine maple syrup, apple juice and the oil....pour over the oatmeal

mixture and stir to coat thoroughly.   Spread mix in an even layer onto a 10x15x1 pan.

Bake for 25 mins, stirring 2 x during this timeframe.

Cool before adding in the raisins or fruit choice.  Store in an airtight container.
