5 cups of rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces

4 cups of sugar           

1 cup of crushed pineapple

Cook over medium heat until boiling...

Let boil for 10-12 mins, remove from the

heat and add in 1 pkg. of strawberry jelatin

powder and mix well.   Let cool, then put into

dry jars.  Makes 3 pints.  Do not top with paraffin.

Refrigerate or freezes well.
