6 slices of bread, cut into cubes

1 pound of meat:   ham, crisp bacon, or cooked sausage

1/2 pound colby cheese, shredded

4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained

Layer as given in a sprayed 9x13 pan.

In a bowl, combine:

3-4 eggs      2 cups milk     1/2 teasp dry mustard       1/2 teasp salt

Blend well, pour over the ingredients in the pan.

Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.  Sprinkle with 2 Tablsp

diced green bell pepper.  Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, uncover and bake at 325 for 1 hour.    Serves 8.
