2 cups water or rice beverage 1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 cup grated peeled apple 1/4 cup chopped banana
pinch of cinnamon (Optional)
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium high heat. Add quinoa and bring
back to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Remove
from the heat and leave covered until quinoa is tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer contents
to a blender, add apple, banana and cinnamon, if using, - puree on high speed until smooth.
Do not puree and add ingredients to serve to everyone to enjoy!
