3 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 teasp vanilla
1 teasp kirsch OR 1 teasp almond extract
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened-cut into chunks
1 teasp salt 2 Tablsp milk 2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups cranberries (1 bag) - cleaned well
preheat oven to 350, grease a 9x13 pan OR 10" springform pan
beat eggs and sugar for 5-7 mins, eggs will increase in volume
quite a bit....and turn pale yellow. add butter & extracts, beat another
2 mins, add milk and salt, beat another 30 seconds.
stir in flour and fold in berries. pour into pan, bake 45-50 mins
for 9x13 pan, a little over an hour for the springform pan.
may have to tent with foil if it gets too brown.
