3 cups old fashioned rolled oats (not quick cook)

3/4 cup wheat germ         3/4 cup coarse chpd walnuts

1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed

1/3 cup brown sugar             3 Tablsp canola oil

1 teasp vanilla                1/3 cup dried:  apricots

1/3 cup dried cherries

Preheat oven to 300...line a large cookie sheet with parchment

paper.  Combine oats, wheat germ and nuts.   Transfer to sheet

and bake for 20 mins.  Stir once.  Raise temp to 350.  In a small

bowl, combine juice, brn sugar, oil and vanilla.  Pour over oat

mixture and stir well.  Bake another 20 mins, stirring once.  Cool

and stir int he fruit of your choice.  Store in the fridge for up to

one month in a covered container.
