8 oz. pkg. Brown and Serve pork sausage
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teasp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup peeled/diced apples
Brown sausage as directed. Beat together the baking mix, milk
cinnamon and egg until smooth....stir in the apples. Pour this
batter into a sprayed 8" square baking dish. Arrange the sausage
on top. Bake until light brown - 20-25 mins in a 450 oven. Serve
warm with your favorite maple syrup!
