Breakfast

1 1/2 cups flour     1 Tablsp baking powder    1/4 teasp salt     1 1/2 cups milk

2 Tablsp brown sugar      1 cup quick oats            1/2 teasp cinnamon   

2 eggs slightly beaten     6 Tablsp melted butter

In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.  In another bowl, combine the

milk, eggs, butter....add remaining and blend well.  Pour onto a heated and sprayed

waffle iron.  Bake 4-5 mins.  Top with fruit, yogurt, syrup or honey.  Makes 12.
