6 Tablsp butter     envelope dry onion soup mix

1 cup white rice (regular)         6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups milk    2 cans cream of mushroom soup         S&P

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine onion soup mix, milk, soups and rice.  Lay chicken in a well

greased crockpot, top each one with a pat of butter, then pour soup

mix over all.  Sprinkle with S&P, top with cheese.  Cover and cook on

low for 8-10 hours.
