Hi Kelly
I made this today and have to tell you that it is NOT good. This recipe calls for way too much soy sauce. The whole thing smelled and tasted like a big vat of soy. I even asked Iron Chef Michael Symon how to get the soy sauce to recede a bit and he thought 1/3 C was way too much soy also. He suggested adding Tomato sauce and something sweet like curry or coconut milk. I added tomato sauce and some frozen mixed veggies to turn it into more of a vegetable soup and it still tasted awful. It was very disappointing.
