1 1/2 pound boneless pork roast            1 cup salsa    

4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies

1 teasp minced garlic                     1/2 teasp black pepper

six 6" flour tortilla's     shredded cheese, lettuce

Spray a slow cooker with no stick spray, put in the roast.  Top with

the salsa, undrained chilies, garlic and pepper.  Cover and cook on

low for 8-10 hours or until meat is fork tender.  Shred well and mix well.

For each serving, put lettuce and cheese on tortilla, top with meat.  Enjoy!
