3 pounds beef OR pork 2 cups diced onion
Place in a sprayed crockpot. In a bowl, combine:
6 oz. tomato paste 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teasp worcestirshire 2 teasp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/8 teasp chili powder
1 teasp dry mustard
blend well, pour into the crockpot. Cover and cook on lo for 8-10 hours.
Shred meat well, mix all together. Cook a little longer. Serve on buns.
