Layer items in a sprayed crockpot as given:
1 1/2 cups peeled, sliced carrots
one large green bell pepper, cut into chunks
one large sweet onion, cut into chunks
4-6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
20 oz. can pineapple chunks with the juice
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon each: garlic powder and ground ginger
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Take out 1/2 cup of the juice and combine with 2 Tablsp
cornstarch....stir back in and turn to high heat. Stir well and
thicken slightly. Serve this over rice.....enjoy!
