1 pound boneless, skinless chicken - 1" strips

2 Tablsp taco seasoning mix            2 Tablsp flour

1 red bell pepper, 1" pieces

1 green bell pepper, 1" pieces

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn               1 1/2 cups salsa

1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese

In a slow cooker, toss chicken with seasoning and flour mix

until well coated.  Add remaining ingredients except the cheese.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.  Stir before

serving on a bed of cooked rice, top with cheese.  Garnish with sliced

green onions and a dollop of sour cream!
