4 pound beef roast - cut into large pieces

1/2 cup water

.7 oz env Italitan dry salad dressing mix

1 teasp dried Italian seasoning

1/2-1 teasp crushed red pepper

1 teasp garlic minced

combine all and cover in crockpot....cook on low for 10-11 hours

shred meat, combine all and serve on hoagie rolls or any

sandwich bun.  Top with shredded cheese.....yummy!
