6 medium potatoes, peeled/sliced 1/4"         salt and pepper

1 medium onion, sliced 1/4"        2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup celery leaves                    2 Tablsp butter or margarine, melted

1/4 cup flour                                    13-14 oz. can evaporated milk

Spray your crockpot with no stick spray, layer in 1/2 the potato slices,

some S&P, 1/2 the onion, 1/2 the cheese.  Repeat the layers.  In a food

processor or blender, combine the celery leaves, butter, flour and milk

process until smooth.  Pour into the crockpot.  Cover and cook on low

for 5-6 hours or until all is tender and heated thru.
