2 racks of baby-back ribs (about 4 pounds)

1 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper

2 1/2 cups honey bbq sauce

3/4 cup cherry preserves

1 Tablsp dijon mustard

1 clove of garlic, minced

Cut ribs into portions that will fit in your crockpot.

Spray crockpot with no stick spray.  Combine all of

the ingredients and pour over the ribs as you put them

in the crockpot.   cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
