Crockpot Beef Roast Muriel of Arlington

spray crockpot with no stick spray.

Put in 4-5 pound roast. Sprinkle with:

1 envelope Italian dressing mix. 1 envelope ranch dressing mix

1 envelope brown gravy mix 1/2 cup diced minced onions

Dissolved 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water.

Pour over the roast. Cover, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
