Waldorf Wrap

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
1 red apple, cored/diced 1 rib of celery, diced
Two ten inch tortillas 1 cup diced ham, turkey or chicken
Combine mayo and lemon juice, then add in salt and pepper. Add in the nuts, apple, celery and meat. Chill in a covered dish until ready to make the wrap. Divide between the tortillas. Roll up and cut each one in half.
