3-5 frozen chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
bbq sauce: combine in a bowl:
1/2 cup catsup 1/4 cup brown sugar
14.5 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 Tablsp worcestirshire 2 Tablsp prepared mustard
Blend well, pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on HI
for 5 hours, when chicken is able to be shredded, take out
and shred, then stir back in, cook on low for one more hour.
Serve on buns.
