1-1 1/2 pound of beef chuck steak or round steak-cut into small pieces

two 15 oz. cans of mixed vegetables with potatoes, drained

Place in a sprayed crockpot.   In a small bowl, combine:

1 1/2 cups tomato juice            2 Tablsp. cornstarch

1/2 teasp black pepper                 1/2 teasp sugar

blend well.  Pour into the crockpot.  cover and cook on low for

5-6 hours.  Stir at least once during the cooking time.   Delish!
