3 bell peppers, cut into strips 1 sweet vidalia onion, cut into 1/2" chunks
2 pounds of steak, cut into thin strips 3/4 cup water
2 Tablsp red wine vinegar 1 Tablsp lemon OR lime juice
1 teasp ground cumin 1 teasp chili powder 1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp garlic powder 1/2 teasp black pepper 1/2 teasp cayenne pepper
In a sprayed crockpot, put bell peppers, onion and steak. Combine all the
remaining ingredients, stir well and pour into the pot. Cover and cook on low
for 5-6 hours. Stir well. Serve with a slotted spoon onto flour tortilla's and
top with salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro.....
You could also use pork or chicken!
