4 cups diced potatoes OR hashbrowns
1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
8 oz. sour cream
1 env. ranch dressing mix
Combine all in the crockpot, cover and cook on
low for 6-8 hours. Stir well, serve with some shredded
cheddar cheese, too!
